“I would highly recommend anyone to train with Tom, my initial goals were to lose weight (I’d gradually put on 7kg in the past 3 years), but now I have a better understanding of my body fat percentage and lean mass, my goals have become far more specific.  My sporting performance has improved to the point where I feel 5 years younger than I did last season!”

 

‘I’ve always played sport to a high level and been conscious of the food I eat but after a knee injury I needed some help in finding my motivation again.  Sessions with Tom are always varied and his advice on nutrition has been invaluable.

 

Before and after a hard session I would often reward myself with naughty snacks, now I set goals and once I achieve them I treat myself to a massage! I had a massive over reliance on certain foods in my diet, I always thought they were good for energy but since cutting down on certain foods I have lost the lethargy that used to hit me during the afternoon at work and have bags MORE ENERGY…funny huh?
