My reasons for having a personnel trainer were simple;

  • To loose weight
  • To reduce my cholesterol
  • To reduce the risk of developing diabetes
  • To prevent further problems with my health such as heart attacks and strokes which I was at risk of because of my family history and weight.
  • To increase my fitness
  • To try and turn around the cycle of yo-yo dieting.

Tom gives you a programme of diet and exercise taylor made for you, with a holistic approach that can only prove to be successful. You learn things about food that you will be surprised to know and that will remain part of your life forever.

Was it easy? You have to be committed to achieve the results you want but Tom is always willing to provide the support when you need it.

At the moment I am training to do a coast to coast cycle ride for charity which I could not have done without the help and training from Tom.
