From the beginning I had specific goals and results I wanted to achieve, and through many discussions, joint work and research Tom has created a variety of programmes that have changed each month in order to target different muscle groups to ultimately achieve a variety of results.
Tom definitely devotes himself to your every need, I often text him or call him when I have a question or don’t understand something 100% and he is always more than happy to help.
Through my training I have definitely lost body fat, and have also put on a significant amount of muscle which I am extremely happy with. I will say that the improvements have been a joint effort and a lot of time management and lifestyle changes needed to be made to obtain my desired results.
